Tom has broad patent experience in all aspects of technical, development, and product management. Tom brings a vast array of professional experience to West Hill clients, having served as Chief Innovation Officer for FloDesign Sonics, Inc. and FloDesign Wind Turbine Corp. and as Senior Vice President of R&D for Spalding Sports Worldwide and Callaway Golf.

Tom prosecutes U.S. patent applications and works with associates in other countries to obtain patents around the globe.
