Paula brings a wealth of experience to West Hill, along with a deep commitment to employee well-being and compassionate leadership that fully reflects the firm’s Vision and Mission.

Past Experience

Prior to joining West Hill, Paula served as Director, Human Resources at Hologic, Inc. for over 14 years, supporting employees across multiple locations in the U.S. and Costa Rica.

Education

Paula received her B.S. in Management from Bentley University and her M.S. in Human Resources from Suffolk University in Massachusetts.
