Our Team: Jennica Holoquist
Overview
Jennica Holoquist is a business law attorney who counsels established and growing companies across a wide range of legal matters. She drafts and negotiates the core agreements that support smooth and compliant business operations–everything from non-disclosure and independent contractor agreements to software development and e-commerce terms, including both B2B and B2C SaaS offerings.
Jennica also advises on employment law issues, regularly preparing intellectual property and confidentiality agreements, as well as, separation and release agreements designed to mitigate risk and safeguard proprietary information. Her practice extends to data privacy and security compliance, where she drafts privacy policies and data protection agreements and helps clients align their operations with evolving regulatory frameworks.
For companies preparing for an exit, Jennica provides due diligence and transactional support in collaboration with the West Hill team. Known for her ability to distill complex legal and technical issues into clear, actionable language, Jennica helps clients reduce risk and protect their interests with confidence.
Past Experience
Before joining West Hill, Jennica was a Certified Student Attorney at the Suffolk University Law School Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic. At the clinic, Jennica counseled entrepreneurs on corporate and intellectual property matters, including filing trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jennica also gained experience in online dispute resolution at New Era ADR in Chicago.
Education
Jennica received her J.D. with distinction and a concentration in Intellectual Property Law, from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, she was a member of the Women’s Law Association and Sports and Entertainment Law Association and a Social Media Coordinator. She graduated with great distinction from Clemson University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a minor in English.
