In addition, Casey advises clients on IP protection, data privacy and security compliance, and employment matters. She also helps clients navigate Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations affecting advertising, communications and technology. For companies preparing a financing event, strategic transaction, or exit, Casey provides due diligence and transactional support in collaboration with the West Hill team.
