Blakely Calabrese is a trusted, steady presence on the West Hill team–a highly organized financial professional with a talent for bringing clarity to complex systems. As West Hill’s Finance Manager, Blakely manages the firm’s day-to-day finances while keeping a close eye on the path ahead. She partners with our leadership team to align financial decisions with the firm’s values, growth goals, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Thanks to her thoughtful planning and behind-the-scenes diligence, our attorneys and legal professionals can stay focused on what they do best—supporting clients and moving their businesses forward. 

Since joining the firm, Blakely has demonstrated her calm problem-solving style, and genuine curiosity about what numbers reveal.  She has a knack for translating financial data into stories that help guide smart, sustainable decisions. Her ability to keep operations balanced, transparent, and growth-ready supports our mission to reimagine how business law is practiced. Her leadership allows us to continue to build a firm where clients feel genuinely supported and where our team can do their best, most meaningful work.

Past Experience

Blakely has always enjoyed making sense of moving parts—a strength that showed up early in her love of organization and systems. She began her career in operations at Unidine Corporation, where she built a strong foundation in administrative and organizational structure. She then moved to Edenbridge Health in Boston, expanding into finance and human resources and strengthening her analytical and people-focused skill sets. 

Before joining West Hill, Blakely served as Controller at Patriot Light & Power. There, she led the company’s financial operations, introduced improved processes, and supported the organization with clear financial objectives and thoughtful oversight. Her blend of finance expertise, operational understanding, and heart-centered leadership makes her a natural fit for our mission-driven team.

Education

Blakely earned her B.S. in Finance from Bentley College and her M.B.A. from Endicott College.
